"They actually got my order right"
I know it sounds like a small thing, but they got everything right, even the extra sauce I asked for. That’s kind of rare, right?

"Good catering and super easy pickup"
I ordered catering from Luby’s for a small office lunch, and it was, it was really easy from start to finish. The food was ready right on time, still warm, and packed up nicely for pickup. The chicken and sides went over really well with everyone, and I liked that we had plenty of food without ending up with a ton of leftovers. I’d definitely use them again.

"Lunch Rush Miracle"
I went in during the absolute chaos of lunch hour, fully prepared to lose half my day standing in line like it was some kind of endurance test. But somehow, the line moved fast, I got my food quickly, and I even found a seat right away. Checkout was painless too. it felt like a tiny lunch break miracle.

"Portions are definitely smaller now"
I paid full price, but the portions were so much smaller than before that I left still hungry. Not sure what changed, but that’s kind of on them

The food was okay, nothing bad, but for what I paid, I expected a little more. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it felt like the menu prices were part of some secret experiment to see how much people will pay for average dinner. I left full, just not fully convinced it was worth the cost

Grabbed lunch from Luby’s and at first I was just expecting a normal quick meal, but wait a second, the fried fish was actually really good. Crispy, hot, and tasted fresh. The sides were solid too, nothing fancy but definitely satisfying. I was ready to nitpick, but honestly? No complaints from me.

"Clean spot, no complaints there"
Stopped by Luby’s for lunch and I’ll give them credit, the place was really clean. Tables were wiped down, floors looked taken care of, and even the restroom was in good shape. I’m usually a little skeptical when it comes to asking staff for anything because customer service can be hit or miss, but the cleanliness definitely made the meal feel more comfortable.
